• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from August 27, 2020; the financials for August were sent under separate cover
• The District Manager will present the fiscal year 2019 audited financial report for Board review
• There will be updates on the walkway lights project, stormwater improvements, the walkways paver regrading project, garage leases, the carwash hose wheel repair, and the pothole by Building 11
• There will be updates on the various landscaping efforts
