The regular meeting of the Clearwater Cay Community Development District Board of Supervisors will be held on May 28, 2020 at 5:30 PM via webconference due to COVID-19 distancing guidelines:

The Agenda is included in Section 2 and a few points of interest are as follows:

• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from April 23, 2020, the financials for April were sent under separate cover along with the invoices for the period
• The District Manager will present Resolution 2020-04 to adopt the tentative FY 2021 budget and set its public hearing, and update on Supervisor email now that the new website is live!
• There will be further discussion on the garage lease termination issues, the tabled pressure washing proposals, and parking enforcement rules
• There will be updates on storm water improvements including a skimmer replacement proposal, on the various landscaping upgrade projects, and the firepits construction project
• New discussion on CDD/HOA property ownership/responsibilities, on walkway lights, and on the 4th of July extravaganza
