The Agenda is included on the next page and a few points of interest are as follows:

• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from February 25, 2021; the financials for February were sent under separate cover.
• There will be updates on the various landscaping efforts, the front lighting upgrades with a new proposal from Hoffman Electric, on community pressure washing, the Pond 2A clean-outs repairs, and the carwash drainage repairs.
• There will be discussion on an operating agreement with the GVCOA and the District Manager will present the Fiscal Year 2022 preliminary budget for discussion.
• The Attorney will update on the debt assessment validation and the Vue lawsuit.
