The regular meeting of the Clearwater Cay Community Development District Board of Supervisors will be held on June 25, 2020 at 5:30 PM via web conference due to COVID-19 distancing guidelines as authorized by Governor DeSantis in Executive Order 20-69:

The Agenda is included in Section 2 and a few points of interest are as follows:

• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from May 28, 2020 and the continuation meeting minutes from June 11, 2020; the financials for May were sent under separate cover
• There will be updates on the stormwater improvement projects, the various landscape efforts, the firepits project, the walkway lights project, and more
• There will be further discussion on the garage lease termination issues, the updated pressure washing proposals, and CDD/HOA property ownership/responsibility
• There will be new discussions on parking violation issues, the Vue reassessment post-review, and the District Manager’s midyear review
• The District Manager will update on the O & M assessment methodology
