The regular meeting of the Clearwater Cay Community Development District Board of Supervisors will be held on July 23, 2020 at 5:30 PM via web conference due to COVID-19 distancing guidelines:

The Agenda is included in Section 2 and a few points of interest are as follows:

• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from June 25, 2020, the financials for June will be sent under separate cover
• There will be updates on the various landscape efforts, and the walkway lights project
• Included is a revised proposal showing cost-savings for the previously approved pond clean out if done at the same time as the other joint storm water improvement projects;
• There will be further discussion on the garage lease issues, and CDD/HOA property ownership/responsibility
• There is an updated community-wide pressure washing proposal, and a paver regrading proposal for Board review
• The District Manager will present a new O & M assessment methodology
