The Agenda is included on the next page and a few points of interest are as follows:

• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from December 17, 2020; the financials for December were sent under separate cover
• There will be updates on the various landscaping efforts, the community lighting repairs, and further discussion on community pressure washing
• New business items include a proposal on wooden signage replacements, and a new proposal for the car wash drainage swale repair
• The District Manager will present the E-Verify program requirements that recently became law for CDDs, and discuss community insurance
• The Attorney will update on the debt assessment validation, the Vue lawsuit, and present Resolution 2021-02 to grant control of parking lot enforcement to the GVCOA as requested by the Board
