The Agenda is included on the next page and a few points of interest are as follows:

• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from January 28, 2021; the financials for January were sent under separate cover
• There will be updates on the various landscaping efforts, the front lighting upgrades, and on community pressure washing.
• New business items include a report from the Engineer recommending repairs to the Pond 2A clean-outs, a proposal for the car wash drainage swale repair, and possible proposals for or discussion on wooden signage replacements, and new asphalt in the entire community.
• The Attorney will update on the debt assessment validation, the Vue lawsuit.
