A regular meeting of the Clearwater Cay Community Development District Board of Supervisors will be held on December 17, 2020 at 5:30 PM at the Grand Venezia at Baywatch Clubhouse, 2704 Via Murano, Clearwater, Florida 33764. The meeting will also be accessible via webconference:

The Agenda is included in Section 2 and a few points of interest are as follows:

• The meeting will begin with the Board reorganization via Resolution 2021-01, required after the election affecting the Board, which had been tabled at the last meeting
• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes and the Audit Selection Committee meeting minutes both from November 19, 2020; the financials for November were sent under separate cover
• There will be updates on various landscaping efforts, community lighting project, stormwater issues, and the carwash hose wheel repair
• There will be updates and discussion on the garage program including new leases and power, discussion on parking enforcement issues, and sidewalk pressure washing
• The Attorney will update on the debt assessment validation and on the Vue lawsuit
