Dear Supervisors,

The regular meeting of the Port of The Islands Community Improvement District Board of Supervisors will be held on January 17, 2020 at 9 AM at the Orchid Cove Clubhouse on 25005 Peacock Lane in Naples, FL 34114. The Agenda is included in Section 2 and a few points of interest are as follows:

• As per usual, enclosed are the Regular Meeting Minutes from December 20, 2019, the Utility Operations Report for December, the Field Report for January, and the Financials for December 31, 2019
• I will provide an update on Website ADA compliance including a preview of the new website
• There will be new discussion on Orchid Cove Irrigation Billing, Utility Bill Payment Delinquencies, and continuing discussion on the pending Marina Owners lawsuit, and Mosquito Spraying
