A regular meeting of the Clearwater Cay Community Development District Board of Supervisors and the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget public hearing will be held on August 27, 2020 at 5:30 PM via web conference due to COVID-19 distancing guidelines:

The Agenda is included in Section 2 and a few points of interest are as follows:

• Enclosed are the regular meeting minutes from July 23, 2020 and the continuation meeting minutes for August 13, 2020; the financials for July were sent under separate cover
• Occurring during the Board meeting is the Fiscal Year 2021 Budget public hearing, which should conclude with the adoption of resolutions 2020-06 and 2020-07 to adopt the budget and approve the assessment levy
• There will be updates on the walkway lights project, on the paver regrading project, and on the various landscape efforts including new proposals for Oak and Palm tree pruning and for seasonal-color bed planting.
• Two new business items include the Fiscal Year 2021 proposed meeting schedule, including suggested alternative dates for holiday-week meetings, with resolution 2020-08 to adopt it, and the Fiscal Year 2019 audited annual financial report which will be sent under separate cover
