The Clearwater Cay Community Development District Board of Supervisors has a special meeting on Thursday, August 28, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at the Grand Venezia at Baywatch Clubhouse, 2704 Via Murano, Clearwater, FL 33764.

This special meeting is for the purpose of discussing pending litigation and, if requested by the attorney, the Board will meet in private with the District’s attorneys in accordance with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes. If requested by the District’s attorney, the attorney-client session will be held to discuss strategy related to the pending litigation in the US Bank Trust Company National Association v. Clearwater Cay Community Development District civil action no 8:23-cv-00835-MSS-SPF and/or the pending litigation in the Grand Venezia COA, Inc., v. Clearwater Cay Community Development District, et al., No. 160001584-CI.

The agenda for each meeting is posted on this website at least 7 days before the meeting, as required by Florida Statutes.
