AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 7515-05, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CLEARWATER CAY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 190, FLORIDA STATUTES TO CORRECT EXHIBIT A, LEGAL DESCRIPTION; PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 7515-05, establishing the Clearwater Cay Community Development District was adopted by the Clearwater City Council on September 15, 2005; and

WHEREAS, it was subsequently determined that Exhibit A to Ordinance No. 7515-05, which described the external boundaries of the District, was incorrect; now, therefore

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLEARWATER, FLORIDA:

Section 1. That Exhibit A of Ordinance No. 7515-05, describing the external boundaries of the .Clearwater Cay Community Development District is hereby replaced with Exhibit A attached hereto

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
