Meeting Attendance is in-person only at at the Grand Venezia at Baywatch Clubhouse at 2704 Via Murano in Clearwater, FL 33764. The public will be asked to leave if a closed session is requested by the attorney in order to discuss pending litigation; the Board will then meet in private with the District’s attorneys in accordance with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes. The public will be allowed back to the public meeting after the end of the closed attorney-client session.
