Clearwater Cay Community Development District

A special meeting of the Board of Supervisors of the Clearwater Cay Community Development District was held on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. at the Grand Venezia Baywatch Clubhouse at 2704 Via Murano in Clearwater, Florida 33764.

Present and constituting a quorum were:

Don Dwyer – Chair
Patrick O’Malley – Vice Chair
Alan Glidden – Assistant Secretary
Anthony Anastasio- Assistant Secretary

Also present were:

Mandie Rainwater – Assistant District Manager, Premier District Management (PDM) (Arrived at 5:35 PM)
Dan Molloy – District Attorney, Molloy and James
Dale A. Scott – District Litigator, Roper Townsend Sutphen Attorneys at Law
Cindy Cianciolo – Court Reporter, Integra Reporting Group, LLC

The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m., Chair Dwyer called the roll and the four Board members noted above were present. Also in attendance were Assistant District Manager Mandie Rainwater, the district’s attorney Dan Molloy, district litigator Dale Scott, and court reporter Cindy Cianciolo of Integra Reporting Group, LLC.

Chair Dwyer amended the agenda in the meeting to remove all other business except Agenda Item: Closed Session for Discussion with District Attorneys on Pending Litigation.

At 5:31 p.m., he convened the closed session, closing the meeting to the public, the recording devices were turned off, and the Court Reporter began transcribing the session in accordance with with Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes.

Chair Dwyer ended the closed session at 6:10 p.m. and the court reporter stopped transcription. There was no action taken in the meeting.

The meeting was adjourned by Chair Dwyer at 6:10 p.m.

The Next Regular Meeting is scheduled for September 26, 2024 at 5:30 p.m.
